Located in a quiet residential area, about 3 kilometers away from the lively center, the port and the attractive promenade, you will find here a comfortable home away from home.

The sea is 220 meters away as is a supermarket and delicious restaurants.

The luxurious Habaneras shopping center is within walking distance of the apartment.

The beautiful vineyards of Universo Ferris can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

There is also no shortage of nature, as the pink lake is easy to visit from the apartment.

There is certainly no shortage of fun activities either, as the multifaceted Zenia Boulevard can be reached quickly.
