Our prices for 2026

January - April € 55, - per night

May - June €75,- per night

July - August €85,- per night

September - October €75,- per night

November - December 23 € 55, - per night

December 24 - January 7 € 90, - per night

Rates based on 2 persons, monthly price and/or longer periods on request.

10kwh per day included in the price, above that 0.40 cents p/kWh will be deducted from the deposit.

Deposit is €300 which will be refunded within 7 days after check out.

Compulsory final cleaning costs €70,- / €110,- (depending on length of stay).
